ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION NOTICE

Dear Homeowner(s):
 
On behalf of your Board of Directors, the Annual Meeting and Election of the Charlestowne Townhomes Homeowners Association will be held as follows:
 
Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 6:30 PM
St. Charles Public Safety Facility
3201 Boschertown Road
 
We have received one (1) nomination – Sean Cohen – to run for election for the Board of Directors. Sean has diligently served on your Board and has chosen to run for re-election. Ballots will be issued at the meeting for the election. Should you be unable to attend the meeting, we are also enclosing a Proxy form for you to complete. Please follow the directions carefully. You may email your completed proxy to [email protected], fax the form to 314-576-0718, or mail the form back to our office at the address below.   
 
All Proxies MUST BE received at DNI Properties no later than 5 PM on February 20, 2018.
 
Please know that your vote is not only important, it is needed.  If we do not meet a quorum of 67 homeowners represented either in person or by proxy at the meeting, a second mailing may need to go out rescheduling this election.
 
Please understand it is costly to the association for these additional mailings to be done and that cost comes out of your association’s operating budget.  By taking the time to fill out and return the enclosed Proxy form, you will not only be helping your association save money but also helping to elect one of your fellow neighbors to the Board of Directors.

It's Election time again! We need 59 homeowners to either show up in person of submit a proxy in order to hold the election, failure to reach this required number will result in additional fees being incurred by the HOA for additional mailings and meetings, so it is vital we get a good turn out.

The proxy form is attached below, if you do not wish to attend, please fill this out and submit it either by fax, Email, or Regular mail ASAP to:
