Charlestowne residents may now reserve the new pavilion at no cost.

It provides
 - Covered seating for up to 32 people.
 - Dual 20 amp GFI receptacles
 - Two ceiling fans
 - Overhead lights
 - Flood light over rear extended concreate area

Some general rules:
- The pavilion is for the use of the residents and their guests.
- Please keep the pavilion clean (ie: removing signs, decorations, picking up trash). Cleanup as a result of your function may result in cost being billed to you.
- As the location is in a residential neighborhood please be courteous and don't disturb others.
- Please make reservations at least 24 hours in advance.
